Welcome to the website of a small family kennel SnowWhite Beauty!

Our kennel was set up in 2017 and is registered under the number FCI 285/17. Who made me open our kennel and devote myself to the lovely breed of Golden Retriever? My lovely BITERSWEET SYMPHONY Canis Regnum – MIA. We originally got Mia, our "first-born", as a companion for walks and for spending time together after we lost our 8-year-old first Retriever – BONA, which we got from a shelter in Slovakia.

I had no idea how much this original plan would change. It happened after my first training with Mia. To my surprise, this session was not only about obedience, but it also contained elements of hunting skills, which is the original purpose of retrievers and what they were bred to do. When I saw her do that, I was drawn in. When dogs have fun doing what they were meant to do, the owner enjoys that equally. Since then, we have been taking this direction. And because I am just a human, I started to ponder the question of getting another dog, a companion for Mia. This dream of mine came true in 2018 when a young lady called HOYA was born in our kennel’s very first litter "A". It was Hoya who won me over with her friendly calm character, so typical for a retriever, as well as her gold exterior. For some time, this was our small two-member “pack”…

However, as Slovaks say, one should “never say never”. In May 2021 and November 2022, one blond and one golden bitch found their way to us. For some time, I felt the urge to get a dog from abroad – bring a bitch to Slovakia which was bred in a completely different place than Slovakia or the European Union. After experiencing some troubles importing them from Belarus, a state outside the EU, we managed to bring Apple and Maja to our home. So now, we had a bigger four-member tight pack with Mia and Hoya.

Even if there are now four of them, they still live with us at home. Although they can use the garden and they have their own doghouse, they still prefer to spend time wherever we are. They have become family members and it will stay that way forever.

Finally, I must thank my family – my three men, without whose support and understanding I wouldn't be able to do what I do.
